Responsibilities

- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
