Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates during the night shift to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock audits, and ensure accurate data entry into our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Operations Oversight: Manage the flow of goods, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) to maintain a zero-accident environment and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, reporting any issues immediately.
- Problem Solving: Resolve operational bottlenecks and address customer inquiries or urgent orders with speed and precision.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams or acting as a shift lead/supervisor.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Certifications: Valid Forklift Certification is required.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency (Excel, WMS systems) and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
