Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict accordance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain high throughput levels.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
