Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using proper packing techniques and materials.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to optimize workflow and minimize downtime during shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
