Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods efficiently
- Pick and pack orders according to strict specifications and timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Optimize workflow processes to meet nightly productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedules (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
