Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical troubleshooting and support to end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all support tickets, interactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during night operations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a help desk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting.
