Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search) to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
