Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure rapid resolution of urgent issues.
- Document all technical interventions and resolutions in our CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to seamlessly transition and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer experiences to night-shift stakeholders.
- Identify recurring technical bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
