Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external clients during night hours.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently via phone and email.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and workarounds in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a help desk role.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common network protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy during night shifts.
