What You Will Do
As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our after-hours operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and resolving critical technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets and inquiries with high efficiency and empathy.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify potential process improvements to enhance team productivity during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or call center operations is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) immediately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting tools.
