Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to maintain accurate client records and track interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our platform and services.
- Identify trends in client feedback and communicate suggestions to management to improve service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
