Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Document all interactions and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
