Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate critical issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to company protocols and quality assurance standards to ensure 100% compliance.
- Assist in training new hires and documenting standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting.
