Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism, adhering to strict SLAs.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Maintain a positive and calm demeanor while managing difficult situations.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
