Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and account status.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot problems efficiently and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and enter information into our CRM system.
- Shift Adherence: Work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
