Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new operating systems and software updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
