Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing top-tier technical support to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity, VPNs, and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and resolve server incidents to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify and patch vulnerabilities.
- Train end-users on new software applications and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of support tickets.
