Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily IT infrastructure operations to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues with high-priority turnaround.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement robust data protection protocols.
- Lead training sessions for staff on new software tools and system updates.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the deployment of new hardware and network configurations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple projects under pressure.
