Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related problems efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior support staff to escalate and resolve complex cases quickly.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to service protocols.
- Training: Complete onboarding and training modules to ensure full proficiency in our systems.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all company policies and quality standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to start work immediately (Tomorrow).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or remote support tools.
