Your Mission

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and perform system design reviews to ensure code quality and performance.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a backend language (Node.js, Java, or Go).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
