Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Code Review: Lead peer reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize database queries and application performance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth, automated deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Cloud: Experience with AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
