Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring 100% accuracy in digital records and databases.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex customer issues and escalations efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer profiles, tracking service tickets and interactions.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing communications to ensure high service standards.
- Support daily operations by performing administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (College students welcome).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (if remote/hybrid).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
