Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data in our internal database systems.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet departmental performance goals.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
