Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking purposes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Basic math skills for counting packages and handling cash (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
