Responsibilities
- Pack and Unpack: Efficiently pack, seal, label, and prepare shipments for delivery or storage.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory databases to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily targets.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and excellent attendance record.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
