Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone and email.

- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during high-volume call periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
