Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and account details into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve overall service processes.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services that meet client needs.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and resolution time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
