- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on Urgent Hiring response times.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Provide product and service information to clients to help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications
