- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
