Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues by troubleshooting problems and escalating when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to communicate product updates and policy changes to users.
- Handle escalated complaints and ensure a swift, empathetic resolution.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call quality and response time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
