Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers and assist with technical troubleshooting when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
