Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve complex issues and provide accurate product information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer software efficiently.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Albuquerque, NM.
