Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot code to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to improve system reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software systems to ensure long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site in San Antonio, TX.
