Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing application performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Debugging: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner to ensure system stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of applications to cloud environments and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to recommend and implement new technologies that drive business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular), Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available for an immediate start and flexible for occasional on-call support.
