- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical inquiries efficiently.
- Document all technical support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical escalations.
- Conduct software installations and perform routine system maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
