Responsibilities
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support: Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers, monitors) and software applications.
- Network Administration: Assist in maintaining the local area network (LAN) and ensuring connectivity.
- Security Compliance: Enforce IT security protocols and ensure data protection measures are in place.
- Asset Management: Track IT inventory, perform regular audits, and manage hardware lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification is a major plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
