Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Manage and optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy
- Lead a team of 15+ warehouse staff with training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient distribution
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven leadership skills with team management of 10+ staff
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics software (SAP, Oracle WMS)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Georgia driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
