Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS/Azure
- Drive code reviews and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Java, Python, or Go with cloud architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong understanding of microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
