Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 8+ engineers in agile development cycles
- Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS and microservices
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to define feature requirements and timelines
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure DevOps best practices
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality technical standards
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of leading successful enterprise projects
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural design capabilities
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
