Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of scalable cloud applications using AWS and Azure
- Mentor 8+ developers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and sprint priorities
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for deployment automation
- Conduct technical interviews and contribute to talent acquisition strategy
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for production environments
- Drive innovation through emerging tech exploration (AI/ML, blockchain)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS/Azure certification and experience with cloud-native development
