- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Drive DevOps best practices and security protocols
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
- Conduct performance tuning and system troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years leadership experience
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with microservices architecture
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of delivering scalable production systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
