Responsibilities
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Coordinate transportation logistics for cross-border shipments
- Optimize loading/unloading procedures to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with customs brokers for seamless border crossings
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Train new team members on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- US citizenship or authorized work permit
