- Install, configure, and maintain peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new workstations and software applications.
- Document all technical issues, tickets, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
