Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-location logistics operations between Dallas, TX and Pennsylvania facilities
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier relationships for cost efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses using WMS systems
- Resolve shipment delays and customer inquiries in real-time
- Collaborate with procurement teams for stock replenishment strategies
- Generate performance reports for supply chain analytics
- Ensure compliance with DOT and regional transportation regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/supply chain management experience
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Experience managing cross-state transportation networks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
