Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking/packing in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet daily production quotas with quality assurance
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for loading/unloading
- Participate in weekly safety briefings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix industrial area
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
