Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex product bugs
- Maintain detailed ticket documentation in Zendesk
- Contribute to process improvements for faster resolution times
- Train on proprietary systems during first 72 hours of employment
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Available to start within 48 hours of offer
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for web-based issue resolution
