Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, resolution rates)
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (required for occasional off-site visits)
