Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Automate deployment processes for microservices architecture
- Implement robust monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Collaborate with SRE teams to improve system reliability (SLO/SLI tracking)
- Security-first approach: implement IAM policies and infrastructure security hardening
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering with AWS/GCP expertise
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) experience including Helm operators
- Infrastructure-as-code mastery (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation with Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Datadog)
- Understanding of Linux systems administration and networking
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps preferred)
