Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems and optimize qubit coherence for industrial-scale applications
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical infrastructure
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with research institutions to pioneer next-generation quantum hardware
- Translate quantum computing breakthroughs into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and cryptography applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in developing fault-tolerant quantum architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex multi-variable systems
