Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and software updates as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
